Work Experience and Education
I've done a lots of Graphic Design and Marketing for companies and for private persons as well as User Experience and User Interface Design. I got all-around knowledge and skill of my craft and i'm always improving and finding new ways to go forward. I'm devoted, creative and productive.

HARJULAN SETLEMENTTI RY / Service Designer & Graphic Designer
Graphic design (brochures, community college curriculum, flyers, social media, digital and print advertising, visualization of statistics, and image editing), association's image renewal (creation and design of logos, templates, Canva brand template, forms and other new corporate image materials), design and implementation of marketing for the new image, as well as drawing up instructions, and instructing staff on the implementation of the material.
Design and development of Harjula's new website on the Wordpress platform (user research and analysis of user data, as well as prototypes of the new pages' functionality based on user research, and visual presentation of ideas to the working group). Design and implementation of the content of the new website, and training staff on the implementation. Management of the online store on the Wordpress platform and its development, and customer service.

CITY OF HEINOLA / Service Designer
I did research among people to improve the city's user experience. I worked in the "development of urban experience" working group in the vitality unit of the city of Heinola. I planned and facilitated workshops, carried out surveys, interviews, benchmarking, mystery shopping, observation of service environments and produced graphic material. The work also included analyzing results of research material and preparing development proposals and solutions to improve city's user experience. I managed projects independently as well as in teams and presented the results of my work with reports and visual material.
